Crystal Eiffert was born in Richmond, Virginia and attended James Madison University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice.
After graduating from college, Crystal was selected to enter the Virginia State Police Academy. Crystal served as a Virginia State Trooper working in the Virginia Beach area. After four years, Crystal attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law. While in law school, Crystal had the opportunity to intern with the Honorable Wilkie Ferguson, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and was also a member of ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Upon graduation, Crystal moved to the Orlando area where she defended lawsuits for several insurance companies for two years before starting her own practice. Crystal now represents individuals and provides legal services in the areas of personal injury, false arrest, discrimination, unpaid wages and breach of contract. She’s licensed to practice law in all counties of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit as well as in Federal Court for the Middle, Southern and Northern districts of Florida. She has tried several cases in Seminole, Orange and Hillsborough County in both State and Federal Courts.
Crystal and her husband, Jeramy, reside in the Orlando area and Homosassa, Florida. They have two sons.
