Crystal Eiffert was born in Richmond, Virginia and attended James Madison University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice.
After graduating from college, Crystal was selected to enter the Virginia State Police Academy.
Crystal served as a Virginia State Trooper working in the Virginia Beach area. After four years, Crystal attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law. While in law school, Crystal had the opportunity to intern with the Honorable Wilkie Ferguson, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and was also a member of ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Upon graduation, Crystal moved to the Orlando area where she defended lawsuits for several insurance companies for two years before starting her own practice. Crystal now represents individuals and provides legal services in the areas of personal injury, false arrest, discrimination, unpaid wages and breach of contract. She’s licensed to practice law in all counties of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit as well as in Federal Court for the Middle, Southern and Northern districts of Florida. She has tried several cases in Seminole, Orange and Hillsborough County in both State and Federal Courts.
Crystal and her husband, Jeramy, reside in the Orlando area and Homosassa, Florida. They have two sons. Ms. Eiffert is an aggressive attorney interested in getting results for you.
Robert grew up in Orlando, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Classical Languages. Robert then moved to Athens, Georgia where he spent four years with the Criminal Division of
the Superior Court Clerk’s Office. He returned to Orlando to pursue
his law degree at Barry University, focusing on civil litigation, estate planning, and civil appeals.

Pam was born in North Miami Beach and raised in South Florida. She moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. While working toward her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies, Pam worked full-time as a paralegal for an insurance defense law firm. After graduating in 2007, Pam attended Orlando Florida's A & M University College of Law.
While in law school, Pam founded and served as president of the Jewish Legal Society at Orlando Florida's A & M University College of Law and served on the Judiciary Committee of the Student Bar Association. She also had the honor of competing in the Veteran's Law Appellate Advocacy and the Appellate Lawyers Association Moot Court Competitions. In her final year, Pam had the opportunity to intern with the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she sat second chair for five jury trials. Pam graduated with honors in 2012. She worked for a high volume Insurance Defense Law Firm before joining EA Law Group in March of 2014.
